Do you travel to hospitals and nursing homes?

Yes. Hospital, nursing home, assisted living, and senior care appointments are a regular part of my mobile service. Please let me know the facility name, room or unit, and any visitor requirements when you book.

Can you come to my home or office?

Absolutely. Homes, offices, businesses, title companies, and agreed public meeting locations all work. You choose the location; I come to you.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Same-day appointments may be available depending on the day, your location, and my schedule. Call or text for current availability.

Are evening appointments available?

Yes, evening appointments are often available. Appointments after 9 PM include an after-hours fee.

How much does a mobile notary cost?

Your total is the applicable Texas notarial fee plus a mobile travel/convenience fee, plus any optional services you request. Travel starts at $30 for 0–10 miles round trip from Clear Lake. Use the estimator on the Pricing page for a quick figure.

What identification should I bring?

Bring a current, acceptable government-issued photo identification for every signer, where required for the notarial act.

Can you tell me which form I need?

Accepted Answer

No. Selecting the document or the notarial certificate isn't something a Texas notary may do. The document preparer, the receiving agency, or an attorney should advise you.

Can you give legal advice?

No. I'm a notary public, not an attorney. I can't explain the legal effect of a document, draft documents, or advise which document you need.

Can you notarize a document that is already signed?

It depends on the notarial act. Some acts require you to sign in my presence. If you're unsure, please leave the document unsigned until we meet.

Can witnesses be provided?

Witnesses aren't guaranteed. Please arrange your own witnesses when your document requires them, and let me know in advance so we can plan the appointment.

Do you offer printing or scan-back?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Printing is available for $10 and scan-back service for $10. Please send documents ahead of the appointment when you need printing.

What happens if I am outside the listed service area?

Accepted Answer

Reach out anyway. Appointments beyond 30 miles round trip are quoted based on distance and timing before anything is scheduled.
